What We Do
We offer a flat-rate service call and diagnostic. That means, we'll either service your unit, as needed, or do all the necessary upkeep, troubleshoot any issues and provide reasonable estimates, without a high-pressure sales approach.
Our team is extremely skilled in repairing all system brands and will work with you to ensure a thorough understanding of the problem and solution, while providing a fair estimate. All About Air also offers a labor warranty on all repairs.
We offer free estimates, multiple unit options based on your budget and competitive prices. To ensure your unit can handle these Texas summers, we're experienced with Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) Manual J calculations – this helps us determine the best-sized unit to meet your desired comfort level.
We've got experience with electric strip heaters for emergency heating, reversing valve troubleshooting, defrost board troubleshooting and more.
To ensure the best air conditions in your home, we proudly offer coil cleaning, installation of UV lights to kill bacteria on the surfaces of the coil and installation of air ionizers keep your air free on contaminants. We're also available to install air filtration systems and whole-home humidifiers/dehumidifiers.

We recommend servicing your system twice a year – once at the beginning of the “cooling season” (March/April) and once at the beginning of the “heating season” (October/November).
A SEER (seasonal energy efficiency ratio) rating is the ratio of the cooling capacity to the amount of energy it uses.
While Texas requires a minimum 14 SEER system for new installations, 16 SEER systems are more efficient and cost effective, in the long run. We’ll work with you to determine the best unit for your needs.
Air filters vary in size. For 1 in. filters, we recommend replacement every 3 months. For 4 in. filters, twice a year is ideal, depending on quantity of contaminants like pet hair, excess dust, etc.
While R-22 refrigerant is no longer manufactured or imported into the United States, recharging or repairing an existing R-22 system is possible. Depending on the problems you’re experiencing with your current system, All About Air will work with you to determine if repairing the R-22 system is viable or if a new system is more cost efficient.
According to EPA regulations, new residential HVAC systems must be equipped with R-410A refrigerant.
